Front desk staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had an issue with cleanliness - beds are always spotless! I recently left my lotion in the car overnight and it froze - the manager cam through like a champ for me!

The day I signed up the gal was amazing super kind, very knowledgeable. After that the customer service has been terrible. One gal made me feel I was an inconvenience on her day at work by just coming in to tan. Didn’t ask her hardly any questions she clearly didn’t want to be there. My 3rd time in, there was 3 employees working the counter all 3 of them were rude, I’m new so I had asked a couple questions the gal was short and didn’t care at all. I got out of the tanning bed asked one gal about the massage chair and if I’m allowed to use after a tanning session she said yes and head to the room and she’ll show me how to use it. I went and sat in the room for ten minutes waiting for her and I go out to ask the employees where she was since she was going to help me and she went for a smoke. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Don’t make a customer wait for your bad habits. Then the gal who did help me made me wait as well so she can finish a conversation with her co-worker on top of that she didn’t even know how to use the chair. I love their beds. Great quality beds. But the customer service is just horrible. Besides the first day the gal who signed me up. She does deserve some credit.
