I'm so bummed, used to love this place and would always get a taro shake. Went today and the shake had no flavor and was bitter. I kindly asked the barista to make once more because I know how amazing they usually are. They made it again (rudely and reluctantly) and it was just as bad. No sweetness, mainly tasted like water. So sad to say I won't be back.

I was there early this afternoon to meet with a client of mine. I ordered coffee and never got it. Eventually I got to the end of my meeting and just left. My companion also mentioned she felt like she was asking for favors to the cashier just to get serviced. GM should squeeze up the customer service bolts on those workers. I got there around 2pm & paid $5.39 for the drink + 20%

My daughter adores this quaint and lovable shop. I took her there myself to see what she loved so much, and I was equally impressed. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with home-y decor and aromatic heaven. The service is fast and the baristas are friendly and competent. Would 100% recommend to anyone interested in finding a local go-to tea shop.

Took my kid here for her birthday. She ordered a lemongrass tea and she loved it. It was quiet and hardly any people were there. But what’s with there being no dairy products? I mean, no milk whatsoever. How can you have a good latte without MILK? Just lactose-free and almond milk…No thanks.
