Just like other reviews, this took a couple hours to arrive. When I called, like with the other reviews, they told me the driver just got back. I imagine this is the default excuse. I'm sure the employees are great. The person on the phone and the delivery driver were very polite and apologetic. This doesn't go on them. I can't imagine these 1hr+ delays are because they're that bad at the job. They must be struggling with getting deliver drivers. At the end of the day, seeing the same reviews for over a year now, this falls on JJ upper management/corporate. TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER.

Listen, I don’t doubt that there are hard workers here, but if you have customizations, don’t expect them to follow through on all of them (especially bread ones like leave in/cut in half). I expected quite a bit more lettuce as well. If you live in Morris Park, you’re better off going to the Saint Paul location.

Seems like multiple day old bread, sandwich not cut in half as requested, nor did mayo packets get added to the bag. Unfortunately not the first time this has happened. Could’ve been much better.

Last night I spent $50 on 2 Tuna, 2 Turkey, and 2 Veggie sandwich’s. I ordered and paid by phone, close too closing time. So when I get the food home and opened box, the presentation was delightful, however the food was not. 1. Turkey-thin sliver, no taste. 2. Veggie- consist of 2 thin slices of cucumber, and a huge gob of guacamole, in fact it tasted like a guacamole sandwich. 3. Tuna, very small portion, 4. Bread-barely edible. This morning I called and spoke with a staff member who basically blamed me for not being more specific about what I wanted on my sandwich’s, OH REALLY! I thought that tou get turkey, on a turkey order, tuna, on a tuna order, and veggies on a veggie order, I guess MY BAD! I guess the slogan “The customer is always right does not apply at this location, and that’s too bad because the customer helps the business thrive. Had there been a 0 star option I would have went with it I do not recommend this particular location.
