Absolutely worst customer service ever!! Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here. My husband and I are 7 months pregnant and came to this location to start the process of shopping for our baby girl and get her nursery set up. This is our first baby and spent close to 3 hours here getting EVERYTHING we would need. Of course the crib, car seat and stroller along with some other big box items would not fit in our car so we were sent over to the registry department to meet with the manager Mujhabeen who would assist us in placing an online order for delivery. Mujhabeen was AWFUL RUDE and plain MEAN. I never ever would think someone with that kind of disrespect would first off be a manager let alone work at a place where soon to be parents and current parents come to for important things and items. During our entire interaction Mujhabeen kept rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing, complaining about her position and job and when my husband had any questions she would get annoyed and angry with him. I left the store in tears.. we had issues in the past and finally made it to our 3rd trimester so shopping for our miracle baby should have been a memory to remember but instead it felt like a nightmare. I wish and pray no one else gets treated this way. No one deserves that and Mujhabeen needs help or a new job because this is completely unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this place to my friends and family. Honestly, I see so many bad reviews and no change apparently so I would definitely not recommend BuyBuyBaby’s company to anyone.

Me and my wife went here today to shop for our first baby girl that is due in 2 months. We were so excited since it’s our first time that we shop for our first baby ever!! We walked in and found some stuff at the store and bunch of stuff online that required a delivery to our house. When we made it to cashier she directed us to registry so that person there can order everything for us online for shipping to our house. We met “Manager” called “ Mujhabeen”. Extremely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant. She made us feel that we owe her something or that she doing us a favor by helping us. I am sorry but it’s us “customers” who pay for your bills and without us your nothing. We paid close to $2k dollars today for everything we wanted and I am not asking for much but respect and class!! I would never ever again shop at this store for my baby and will discourage anyone to do so!!
