Boris was such a great find! He truly cares about his customers, is fair, honest, and a joy to work with. I bought a new MacBook Pro and wanted to transfer about 500GB worth of data (music, docs, pics, etc) from my old MBP. It sounds easy enough, but the old machine had some malware and other issues....and the libraries weren't in the places they were supposed to be. Boris went through my entire drive and was able to retrieve all the data I wanted, which was a very time consuming task considering the old computer was a hot mess of a configuration! Not only is Boris super smart & knowledgable, he's a great person. He's definitely gonna be my 'trusted mechanic' for all of my future Apple needs.

Boris at MPC Express provided me excellent service above and beyond what I expected. As a 20+ year user of Macs, I’ve never used anyone besides the Apple stores to make any repairs. However, this time, when I broke my display on my MacBook Pro, the Apple store only gave me the option of dropping off my work-and-school required computer off for a full week to repair. Going 7+ days without my computer wasn’t an option, and basically, the Apple store told me “too bad”. Turns out, Boris’ shop is an authorized Apple repair technician, used only genuine Apple parts, and got my repair done in 24 hours. He was kind, professional, priced similarly to what Apple would have charged, and even better, I supported a great small business owner who fixed my Mac display, good as new. I highly recommend this business!

Boris certainly rates 5+ Stars with me. I have known Boris for nearly 20 years. Boris is the most honest and loyal person I know. I use his company to repair my personal and business computers. I routinely refer my own customers to him for their repairs. He works hard to deliver the best repair services in the region.
