Westmoreland’s Union Manor

1. There are no admission costs. 2. Rent is based on qualifying with HUD and is based with your income. 3. There is no meal service provided. Should be noted, Westmoreland Union Manor and all other manors owned & operated by Manor Management Services, Inc. are entirely independent living. No assisted living services/staff are provided. Though all union manors are staffed 24/7/365 for maintenance and emergency matters.

It falls under HUD requirements for senior/retired living. You can contact the main office M-F 8am-4pm or contact Westmoreland Union Manor Admin M-F 10am-4pm and they can answer all questions.

They have regular rent apartment and low income and section 8. They where all redone last year

Waitlist varies frequently. It can be 5yrs then the next month its down to a couple months. This is because, as they update the waitlist ever so often, people's living situation has changed. Either they've found tenancy or no longer require it. Or they don't respond after contact is made. Or they're not ready to move in. And possibly don't qualify. So go ahead, sign up. Get on the waitlist! But keep your options open.

Westmoreland Union Manor is a subsidized HUD building. The administrator and/or office manager can give you more info. Feel free to contact them M-F 8am-4pm. And yes they accept therapy dogs as well as regular dogs.
