The ladies at the front desk are awesome they are helpful good people they went above and beyond for me with no hesitation I appreciate they're concern for my needs I am telling everyone who reads this post this Hertz Rental location is by far the one and only car rental place I will go to moving forward. If you happen to read this ladies thank you very much for making my experience with Hertz a whole new great one. The Jeep was a perfect swap!! ☺

The lady who where's glasses at the front desk is very rude. Called me days before my reservation and try to say I didn't pay and was very rude asking for the deposit. Then charged me to add a extra person to the car I already reserved. I think she is racist honestly. I will never go back their customer service sucks !

Jan. 2021: When I picked up my rental, I was informed there was a slight cigarette smell but that they had sprayed the inside of the car to try & dilute it. I drove 10 minutes down the road & could not handle how badly the car smelled of cigarette smoke. I am not a smoker. I called the store to ask if I could bring the car back & swap it out (I also didn’t want to be charged for the smell when I dropped the car off post-rental) & they told me they didn’t have any more cars available. They also said if I wanted to I could bring the car back for them to spray down the car again with whatever “odor eliminator” they use. This was the day before I had to drive from Colorado to Georgia, & I had to drive all the way to the Hertz at Denver Int Airport in order to trade out the car. The Hertz at DIA was extremely apologetic for the experience I had at the Arvada location.

As you can see I never leave one star reviews. However this place Inspired me to do so. I have rented from this place many times. I flew in to Denver today to move my things back to LA and they required a credit card. They would not let me use my friends, so I was refuse service beyond that they did not have the partial payment I had already paid on the reservation through orbitz. They refused to honor my partial payment even after proof. Pretty crooked! So, here is a pic of their trash. Which mirrors their service.
