Great bike shop, theh have everything you could need and then some. The staff are super helpful. We were passing through on a road trip and needed some maintenance done on our bike. They put some work on hd and got us fixed up and rolling again. Great service!

We recently bought a adult tricycle from this store. From the beginning the service was not good at all. The bike had been hanging and when brought down had layers of dust- never cleaned. When we went pay for it no one told us about the $18 fee for using our debit card. If we would’ve known we would’ve gone to bank and gotten cash. The bike had a few issues and they had to find someone who could check it out but only checked for a short time and fixed the chain.. When we got it back to our campsite the screws from the fender had fallen off, the chain had fallen off and the brakes were stuck. We took the bike back the next day and someone else actually looked it over completely made adjustments fix the issues or so they said. We were leaving town from our camp trip when we got home the screws from the fender had disappeared again and the chain had fallen off. The bike pulls to the right it wobbles and basically a piece of junk of a bike. Even though it was not a expensive bike it was $450. My husband decided just to eat the $450 and bought a better little bit more expensive bike from a local shop. I would not shop here ever again. The people seem to be more concerned about the business they were opening up next-door then service for the bike shop.

I had a clunking noise as I rode that absolutely drove me crazy. As I had purchased the bike from B&B I took it to them to see what was wrong. They had the bike for a couple hours and when I picked it up, I was told the mechanic fixed the problem. Well, when I got home and took a ride, you guessed it, it wasn’t fixed. I did a bit of research on the internet and was able to determine the crankshaft had to be loose. I took it back to B&B and Scott was able to determine that was the issue. He personally worked on it and got it fixed. The bike rides better now than when it was new. I have owned the bike for 3 years. Scott fixed it at no charge even after me owning it for 3 years. It is so hard to find a store/company that stands behind their product any better than this. I will be going back to buy my wife a bike there.

The guys at B&B were not only professional and helpful but also very nice. They really "went beyond" to find a suitable chain for my 10 speed and managed to fix me a new chain in no time. Great crew. Worth checking what's in their stock or get your bike tuned. The scenic picture is about 10 min walk from the store 🚴
