We purchased a bed from here and love it! The salesperson Lora was kind and very helpful and up front about the delivery time. which was great. We appreciated the honesty. When Gary and Andrew delivered the bed they were very cautious of the walls and flooring. They set up the bed and cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and let us take our time inspecting our purchase. Thank you Roby's!

Gary and Andrew delivered our couch, king size bed frame and a queen size bed frame today. Both guys were happy, polite and really enjoyed what they were doing. They did a great job of getting everything setup, cleaned up and were always very careful moving things through the house. Could not have asked for better service and would recommend these two to anyone.

The two delivery men from the Astoria Roby's store, Gary & Alex B, went way beyond what could reasonably be expected of them in delivering our new sofa sleeper to us today. Because of the sharp, tight corners leading to our second floor unit, the store had to disassemble the sofa before it was delivered. Gary & Alex worked hard to take apart our existing sofa sleeper & remove it before there was room to bring in the new sofa and then assemble it for us. They were very personable and did a great job!

Purchased a Flexsteel Oscar lift chair for my Dad. Will update in the future but he loves it. Delivery & setup was why the 5 stars. Delivery, set up and removal went SUPER smooth. Gary and Dan did a great job, good customer service. Gary had us laughing as he talked my Dad through operating the chair. They were the best part of the experience. Store 2-3 stars for the in store service. Went in 3 times. 1st- got one hello walking in but 25min looking at chairs no one came over to check on us. 2nd- went to the counter waited 10min- ish for him to finish and help, not bad. He was friendly and able to get a price but found out later he DIDN'T include the tax (yes in Oregon) or the extra warranty so when I came back to pay (in cash) I was lucky to have enough to cover it. That money was earmarked for something else. Frustrating. 3rd- came into pay, got passed back and forth between computers and 3 people. Found out about the additional costs(noted above) I did my best to understand the customer service and extra cost but honestly it was annoying at best. Summary good product and delivery so dealing with instore staff is tolerable.
