If only negative stars was possible. Worst uhaul branch on the planet. I’d sooner fly to Tibet and hire a sherpa to help me move than use this Uhaul (or any uhaul) ever again. The staff was rude, incoherent and most of all incompetent. Everything about our rental was a disaster from the very beginning. If you decide not to heed my warnings, take pictures and allow at least an extra hour to drop off before your scheduled time. Because they absolutely will wait until your truck is late before checking it back into their computer. They are making a living off of over charging people. Watch your back here, they are looking to steal from you. Very unsatisfied customer.
