They took forever to get our order out we were charged for blue cheese dressing without asking us or telling us that it was an xtra charge the habanero chile sauce tasted like sugar I won't go back

Worthless employees and worthless customer service. 5-19-22 at 8:30 pm . Called and placed order. They said 35 minutes. I pulled up at 9:15. Walked in and three employees on phone. Looked my way than looked back down at phone and left me sitting there for ten minutes. I ended up leaving while an employee looked up and didn't bother asking me anything. This place is a joke . Didn't even get to enjoy my food let alone leave the place with anything... They all need to be fired on shift

I order from here regularly. Most of the time it's bomb. 5/10/22 I order 15 boneless wings. Went to open up my order and they're dry as the Sahara desert with the sauce on the side. If I ordered 15 minutes before y'all closed, I'd understand. But this was over an hour before close. C'mon

Ordered a pickup order. Went to pick it up and thankfully I checked it out before leaving. I ordered a 10 piece and 2 flavors and the wings were so small it looks like the gave me bottom of the bag wings. No kidding to my dissapointment the wings were so tiny they didn't even touch each other in the packaging. Tried passing off crumbs as wings. Even the employee said "they do look really small" Im writing this in my dissapointment that there was no quality control and that they were satisfied in sending me off like that initially. However because I said something they remade my order which is why this 3 stars and not the 1 it could have been . Could stand to use better customer service. When my order was ready they just made eye contact and handed me the bag. . No apology for the mess up no thank you or anything just a hard stare, like it was my fault they messed up.
