The manager Veronica is one of the rudest people you will encounter. Very unprofessional, lots of attitude with little to no help. Other than her, This place is one of the best McDonald's in the Arvada area.

Their menu signs were down and they only had two touch screens that weren't broken. A family got served before us, even though we ordered before them. The play place area did not have air conditioning. Also no refills were available.

So I ordered 3 hot and spicys and got one with no meat and only bread. It also had cheese on it for some reason.

Please pay attention to Your Coffee bar, Nobody wants old Coffee and nasty taste first thing in the morning, the coffee at this restaurant doesn't taste or smell like coffee, I had to throw away my coffee from this place, I know Coffee prices have risen a bit lately, Please Stop punishing the Paying Customer for your supply issues some of us are paying close attention to the rise in horrible customer service as well as a major decline in quality!!! It's like the employees come to work to do less, run their mouth to the customers and push out sub standard garbage.
