Usually not knocking restaurants but this is twice in a row that our mobile orders are not even close to what we ordered. Toppings and sauces on the wrong sandwiches essentially ruining each!

Why offer curbside if you’re not going to answer the phone and bring it out?!?! And it’s super lame that I paid for extra bacon and didn’t get it. Ripping people off like that isn’t nice. Maybe teach your employees to read the order so they can make it properly…that would probably be helpful. Or maybe they can read, but they just don’t pay attention or care. 🤷🏻♀️

If you order online from this location, check your food before you leave! Even thought that's completely hard to do with a sandwich, right. These people made two of ours wrong. When I called for a refund - being fair on just one sandwich, the manager said we could either take our food all the way back to make it again or return the food the next day for a refund. Excuse me - what?? They said they didn't want to lose money on us eating the sandwiches and getting our money back. Haha, okay because our total order was $21 and they have lost a lot more than that on losing a customer for life. I want to add that the call time it took to complain was outrageous as well. If Subway makes you place an order online to get a deal, then the employees should ensure that it is made correctly. Will never be back.
