If I could give this place zero stars, I would! First off, outside of this establishment is what looks like a giant ash tray, the front door was covered in finger prints, and the handles were dirty. There was no host/hostess at the entry, so we had to wait (not a big deal). When we finally got our seat, the tables and chairs were dirty and had wet, sticky stuff on them. I asked for a high chair and they brought me one that had chewed up food in it, it was sticky and looked like spit up was dried on the side of it. The menus were sticky and covered in some film. I’ve never been to such a dirty, unclean place. There was no cleaning procedure whatsoever. When we got our food, everything seems okay, aside from the chips, they had the texture of very bland, and stale, like they have been sitting out all day. Two members of our party got food poisoning from this place, I’m convinced it’s because of the lack of sanitization. The waiter was nice though.

I have always love this Buffalo Wild Wings location but Thursday night I didn’t have a good experience. At first our server was rushing us to order and he forgot part of our food and brought it like 30 minutes later and He left the receipt even tho he didn’t ask for it. He really wanted us to leave! Anyways We paid and he charged us like 5.60 dollars for everything and We told him that that was not right. So He corrected it and charged the correct amount on the credit card but now I have check my account. I haven’t got my 5.60 dollars back. I don’t think that’s okay.

I feel for the workers when they're horribly short staffed. That said, our food came out more sporadically than was reasonable even considering the lack of kitchen staff. Particularly the chicken wrap that took 45 minutes. 45 minutes! For a wrap! Then it wasn't even the one she ordered but she chose not to say anything. Anyway, they were stressed but remained pleasant and accommodating, and the food was very good.

Very disappointed!!!! I wanted food but I waited about 40 minutes to get garbage. My fries were cold and stale. The chicken was discolored, rubbery and seemed freezer burnt. Although it was New Year's Eve, there was only one cashier assisting (DoorDash, to go and dine in) customers which contributed to the long wait. However, she was very pleasant and doing the best she could. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this garbage.
