I've only been to this particular location once, and I would have to agree about the slow service. They were alsi out of low-fat ranch, so I had to eat my wings without dressing. This was a weekday lunch, with hardly anyone there. Having to wait forever is especially aggravating when you're on a limited time window as it is.
Sevice is not good at all. Very slow and often mess up order.
It's usually not that bad. But it sadly is the typical HAK area type of service.
Agree servers all quarreling about each other. No respect for customers. The most undesirable Bws I have ever been too!!!!
