I mostly quit McDonald's. Came through here, gave me, for north of $10, a meal with out ketchup packets, not asking if I wanted ketchup with my fries and burger. Circled back, manager gave me a free combo. Ordering my free combo, AFTER asking for ketchup, I was given THREE packets. For the second time, circling back for ketchup, a youngster gave me attitude for asking for ketchup. All this, a sale north of $10.00, and a bunch of attitude about 25 cents worth of ketchup? Really! I will take my options some place else.

My order was absolutely terrible. My fries were cold and hard the chicken was so hard I couldn't even chew it, dried out and greesy. I had to throw most of the sandwich out! If I'm gonna eat unhealthy food I at least expect it to be fresh and not like it's been sitting for an hour! This is the second time I had a problem with this location and not to mention last time they called me and said they would mail me 2 free meal cards I never even got them in the mail so they act like they are gonna make it right and take care of you and don't even follow through with what they say they are gonna do. I'm not happy with this location whatsoever. I think I should just start going to the other location just right down the street!

I don't generally eat fast food but I wanted to bring my Grandaughter a treat. Needless to say...your ordering set up is for the birds . After 10 min. Of trying trying to figure out your computer, I asked for assistance . It was a total waste of my time

I don't usually eat fast food. But I had a hankering for a Big Mac. It's been a good year since eating at Micky-D's. So when Sonic 🤔 was rude to me. I took my business elsewhere. I had the BigMac,a medium 🍟, and a Hot Fudge 🔥 🍨 sundae! Not bad for fast food!
