Absolutely the worst customer service in a McDonald's ever. Fully staffed yet all the employees were more focused on talking to each other vs anything else. I stood in line and when someone finally came to help us they looked annoyed to be helping.

probably the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been to. terrible customer service. they get my order wrong and i paid and they won’t fix it crazy… the lady with short hair and kind of fat no offense, cussed me out for get my order wrong and from the beginning she start with the worst attitude. can’t believe it

Hit or miss, mostly miss. Tonight the drive through cashier was genuine not fake friendly, that was a plus. The person that handed me my food after a very long wait didn't say anything. Not thanks, not sorry for the 20 minute wait, nothing. Didn't hurt my feelings or make me mad that they were rude, but since they said nothing, I wasn't sure that I had all my food in the bag or if there was more coming. Then when the person saw me still there they shook their head as if I had done something wrong. How about not get so stressed out for being short staffed (if that's the case) and taking it out on the customers? If they had said something to indicate that my order was complete -"go to heck", "have a nice day"... ANYTHING , I would have pulled away right then. Don't go here, this franchise does not deserve your business and won't get mine anymore.

Most rudest experience I've ever seen I asked to buy more barbecue and the manager just said no. For what reason? Like you gave no explanation what so ever you didn't say anything you weren't even busy you're a trash facility you people literally make me sick if i could do a survey just on you I sure as hell would I hope you break your leg bro.
