Management is a joke! Don’t even bother calling any complaints because you will make the manager cry. This is a 55+ community and they take advantage of the seniors that live there who don’t make much money. They pay over 1000.00 a month in space rent and have to deal with the homeless coming up off Sandy going through their carports and garbages. Don’t even try parking in “guest" parking because all the spaces are taken by the residents ( not allowed per their “rules”). Be careful driving around turns. Residents park on the street blocking the road and one day someone is going to get hit! If you happen to see the manager out and about don't say hi that is her time but if she talks to you first it’s OK. Management picks and chooses who will get violations for weeds in front of their homes. however if you look closely around the common areas there are so many weeds and it looks trashy. Maybe they should hire a new landscape company or better yet get their maintenance guy to do something. I would never recommend this place to anyone and wish my family member had the ability to move.

I have a friend who lives here. High space rent and poor management. The maintenance man can be very rude to guests. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. It's a clean and quiet place but not worth the headache.

This park is unsafe anymore. Homeless roaming through it at night stealing things, breaking into cars, and houses. The manager is rude and never responds to complaints. Moved here for secure, safe elder housing and it has become anything but. Space Rent is the highest in the area at, with water and sewer over 935 a month and you get nothing for this price except garbage and recycling pick up.

Came for a short afternoon hike with family, they've been before, and saw lots of wildlife. The best was watching rabbits and otters playing? Not sure, but the grandkids loved it!

You would have to call the office to see if there are any homes for sale in the park. As far as I know, there are no open spaces available.

What is the space rent?

825 then add water and sewer so around 895 and goes up every year even though we sign a three yr lease at a time. Very high for what you get. NO security gate so we have thing stolen out of our yards
