HIGHLY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED ☹️!!!! I went and got $30 worth of food as a treat for my family! Items were missing and the wrong size! 😠 Too top it off, they handed me the polar swirlers over flowing and dripping into my car! I asked for lids and they just dropped the cups upside down in some random plastic container and said “This is all we’ve have”! Trust Me- MY families and friends will not be back !!!! Soooo disappointed!!!….. DQ is just down the road !

Now if you say “ you’ll address this with your team” I know nothing will happen,,, I don’t mind waiting 15-25 minutes for fresh food so the wait time is no big deal,,,, the deal is Your never open on time or close way before you should. Now when you actually get through the line and or if anyone answers unfortunately after waiting 15-25 mins you find out the card reader is broken after the employee has already Ed handed you your food then tells you because their card reader broke and they’ve already handed me my food that they are going to withhold my drinks unless I have cash or until I’m able to get cash,,, Keep in mind I have a 2 & 4 year old in the car,,, chicken strips and French fries are kind of a dry meal for a kid because they forgot the ranch,,, Any parent will tell you the choking hazard is real,,, also again the employees wouldn’t give us our drinks even though we already had the food and agreed to come back and pay cash for the food,,, We did end up going to an ATM and getting cash re-waited through the drive through cause no one would come to the door and finally after waiting 40 mins in line and being treated like we had done something wrong because your equipment failed,,, we paid for our meals and received the drinks,,, All of the food was great as well as the drinks no issues there,,, Never expected free anything at any time,,, just don’t treat your customers like a thief or they are the ones that messed up,,, just disappointing I know times are tough but people don’t have to suck

The ladies who work here are always sweet but the restaurant has really fell into decline. It used to be a high quality fast food joint but nowadays you wait for at least 20 minutes for expensive and lackluster food. The fries actually smell like urine, it's really appalling

Fantastic place. Haven't had A&W root beer since I was a child and it really took me back.
