I was just in at this location because I had a chunk of my tire sidewall missing. My dealership said that this was a dangerous isse that needed to be be fixed immediately. So I went to Sherwood to get some price quotes. Ava (sorry if I spelled it wrong) helped me and she said it might just be cosmetic. After having a gentleman from the shop check it, he agreed. She saved me a lot of money, and basically took money out of their own pocket by not lying to make a sale. I will most definitely be buying my tireom here. I hope you guys tell Ava that shes awesome!

I have a brand new vehicle and I got a nail and thank you to them for repairing the leaking air. I attempted to pay for the tire repair but they said it was free? Free cause they damaged my wheel and I need it repaired or replace! I have zero damage on my wheels and you can clearly see this was caused by the tire guy after visiting led Schwab

Worst experience I’ve had with a Tire Shop. I came in for alignment appointment. They told be I can come in by 5pm and when I checked in and waited 10 minutes later. The alignment person said he doesn’t have time today. They wasted my time and your time instead of be upfront. I guess peoples time is FREE and there’s is NoT. I will never come to get service at this location again…

I got new tires a couple months ago just before we were expecting the Christmas Snow. Immediately after the service I noticed that the car felt like it noticeably pulled to right. I was told that an alignment check would be free. I did have to cancel my first appointment I set as someone in my family was sick at that time, anyways I was now recently able to go in and get the alignment checked. There was an issue, one that they adjusted and one that looks like I would need a part for. Regardless whatever issue from before with the car pulling is gone, so whatever they fixed worked, which makes it pretty clear that when the tires were changed something became "off" to where the car pulled. So, service has always been cheerful and polite, I like the tires, but I am upset I had to pay over a hundred dollars to fix an issue it seems like they caused and when I made the initial appointment was told it would be free. Maybe I was out of the warranty since I had to reschedule but still seems like an obvious "we caused this so we will cover this service type of situation."
