I came in today looking for clear lash glue from duo the one you can line on your lids, and was referred to a different but similar product according to the gal that helped me out. Upon reaching my vehicle I discovered that it was not clear and it was black and not at all what I wanted. I came back maybe 20 or 30 minutes later to do a return on the item and they couldn’t even find my receipt for it in the system. They did not process my return and it took three of them. Saying that I am less than impressed is probably an understatement.

They do have some good makeup matchers. The best one I've had was a guy in Bozeman he was awesome. Took his time and listened to what I wanted. They have others that you can see don't like there job. My last visit the girl that helped me was unpleasant and didn't know much about the products see was selling. I got lucky that they keep what you buy in there system so I was able to get what the young man suggested. I do like this place and will continue to go there for my cosmetics 💄 😊

Ultra always is sleek and clean looking, displays set out nice but not overwhelming tight when you walk in. The service is amazing and the staff that works the floor is helpful but not too overstimulating or annoying. I can always find what I want and/or need (and what it didn't need) there never having to leave and go elsewhere making my retail therapy more enjoyable.
