Jessica at the front desk was super friendly, helpful, and efficient. We got our keys quickly and she definitely put a smile on my face with her friendly demeanor. Don't know if the location itself actually has much control over vehicle availability, but we booked online and it was super easy so we (and they) were ready to go when we got to the office just 30 minutes later.

I rarely post negative reviews of businesses as I usually give them the benefit of the doubt but this is not one of those occasions. I had a reservation made but was not informed their hours were changed. My reservation was at 12:00 and they close at 1:00. I showed up at 2:00 which seemed reasonable considering their regular hours were 9-5. Upon calling their customer service to see if there was anything I could do to pick up my reservation, I was transferred to a supervisor who rudely said it was MY responsibility to inform them I was running late?? When I showed up only 2 hours after the reservation time? Not only that, but when I asked about picking up the vehicle the next day, they said the vehicle I reserved would no longer be available. How is this even possible? Frustrated, I said I would try another rental service since they clearly would not be able to deliver what I was looking for and THEY hung up on me before I even finished my sentence. One of the most disrespectful and frustrating experiences I've ever had with a business and I never even made it in the door. Avoid this company if you can, I won't be making this mistake again.
