We just bought a new R-Pod 153, what a cool camper. This thing has every thing. Its a smaller camper, but for me and my wife it is perfect. It tows great. The people at HTS are the best. They had the camper ready when we got there to pick it up. They went over all of the functions in and out, including hook-up. I highly recommend these guys.

We broke our driver side mirror and needed a quick replacement to get us home. Emery in parts was extremely helpful with ideas, so we stopped in. Justin, in the service department came out and was able to help us put something together to help us make it the rest of the way home. Thank you to everyone for being so friendly and helpful. Me and my wife just purchased our first camper trailer. Our experience was great nobody pushed us to buy anything. They aloud us to look at everything on the lot answered all of our questions and were very helpful. We fist went in looking about a month before we made our purchase . We had checked other places but no one came close to the people here. Nathen was great not pushy at all and helpful with everything every step of the way. We found the entire staff helpful and friendly and always will to answer any questions without talking in circles. This place is the best. Just wish I could give them more than 5 star review.

We went to the parts counter. There was no one there. We looked around to see if they had the part we needed but it didn't look like it. We waited around a little longer but no one came around so we left. We really would prefer to buy local but we can't wait all day for someone to staff the parts counter! We ended up buying online (which we hate) from a country we don't trust. We needed the part, had it the next day and we were back in business.
Yes we do 😊, I would call both Highway Trailers and Whittaker's and see which one of us can do it sooner. We are all getting booked up pretty quick.

I don't work there, but they only sell trailer parts and trailers, no RV parts. There are other RV dealers in the Salem area and Camping World in Wilsonville.
