I Called Roberson Rv service department reached a gentleman named Aaron, who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! The young man was patient with me and my issues I am having with my coach, after the phone call I was able to fix the battery issues I was having . I will now be doing all my RV business with Roberson Rv from now on! - Way better help and willingness to help me then all the other places I called!! 5 stars to the Roberson Rv costumer service !

Shawn and Bob saved our camping trip. Our slide out would not work and they worked on it for quite awhile to reset the computer memory on it! My husband is a disabled vet and they went above and beyond the call of duty to get us on the road. We are customers for life!

I never write reviews , but felt I needed to share our experience due to our exceptional service. While traveling our trailer door lock / hand broke and we were not able to get inside. We were desperate to get it fixed so we could continue our journey. We stopped by Robertson RV center in Salem, Oregon…..and even though their techs were busy, Chris in the service department helped us! He was able to open up a window and climb in, plus he was able to get the door open! They also had the part in stock so they could get the door repaired and we were on the road in a hour! We are so grateful, and I highly recommend them for RV service.

The service department at Roberson RV has been helping us for years. Chris is prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The service department has gone above and beyond in getting us outfitted with everything we need for our Oregon adventures. In all the years we have upgrading, adding to and modifying our RV, the technicians always have a solution and will jump in at a moment’s notice to get us back on the road. There are lots of ways, if the current key has a number on it ( which it should have) you can search and order online or a local locksmith can probably help you out.
Masks required. Plexiglass partitions are in place at all desks and service and parts counters. Several cleanings per day in all areas of sales and service.
