Lost package. Called go automated service. They could not help me without the tracking number. When a package us "delivered " then you can't find a tracking number. I could not talk to a live person.

We have a new FedEx driver in the Jefferson area! Thank heavens. She is a lady with colorful hair. She does a great job! She actually places (not throws) my packages on my porch (not the mailbox nor the driveway in the rain). Please pass along my thanks to her.

So I ordered some snow tires because I live in a rural part of Maine. I only got three of the 4 and the driver just dumped the tires on the middle of the driveway. No attempt to knock or anything. Me and my wife where home and the driver barely got ot of the truck to deliver the tire. This is an item that will dissappear quickly in November in Maine!

Waited all day for a package I had to sign for, it gets to 7:30pm and still no package, so I call fed ex and they assured me that it would be delivered by 8pm. 7:43pm I get a text saying delivery not attempted, for a restriction at the recipients address. I have no restrictions at my address, so I call fed ex back and they say to me it was canceled by the driver because of a local holiday. I have been searching for this mysterious local holiday I have never heard about, and the search is not going well. I will definitely never recommend Fed Ex to anyone. They need a zero star option cause one star is way too generous.
