Absolutely refuse to answer their phones I'm pretty sure they have an amputee there Manning them. Repeatedly called several different times all you have the phone hung up on. Can you be honest in up front and have the real phone number linked to the Google definitely something shady happening with this place worst customer service ever

You cant go right when they open because there is always a line so long that you cant even fit in the building. This is ridiculous either open more windows to help people or train your employees working the front to work faster. Shouldnt have to wait in line an hour just to mail something out. Stop using the pandemic as an excuse to not do your job because the pandemic is over. Management needs to figure something out because this post office is an absolute joke.

I have been calling all week literally for hours everyday and nobody can pick up, someone not doing they job or maybe you need to stop requiring folks that inbalmed themselves and hire more than zombies

If you have not gotten mail in 3 days, you are supposed to call the office to see if there are any issues. That being said, don't bother calling - there isn't enough staff to answer the phone, just go to 49 ash street to ask. It could be that there just are not enough letter carriers to deliver everything
No, lobby is closed on sundays
Try calling the office after 9am Monday, or go to the window when it's open Monday. There are tons of reasons why a package couldn't be delivered, talking to your local office will be the best way to find out.
