We had a great experience at this Saturday Market in downtown Salem. All of the vendors were super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. There was a wide variety to check out and we had a lot of fun. They also have some food carts and the fresh sqeezed juice stand was delicious. We took home some fresh foods, flowers and a few cool treasures as well.

Wonderful experience! Lots of great handmade crafts, fresh fruits, veggies, & the best home-farmed coffee! (Barry Strong) Merchant's take cash or plastic. Very organized with the most delightful people. Masks required, portable pottys and hand wash sinks available on site. Our furry friends are invited on leash. Open from 9 am to 1 pm. Free admission. I bought a beef torta for lunch and it was delicious made by Veronica at the Casa DE Taco. Check out my photos there is something for everybody to enjoy. Next time I'll have my fortune told! 😎

Pretty solid Saturday/farmer's market. Great selection of local produce and locally made products. Especially Flying Bee Ranch honey and Two Sisters Bakery just to name a few. The food court isn't bad and seems to be improving. Usually some decent high school-college aged buskers. Always multiple trips throughout the season.

There are more and more vendors every week. The produce is very fresh and diverse. Great place to get plants (veggies and flowers). Giant bouquet of flowers for only $10! Parking is pretty easy, but I get there early. I now go every week!

As of May 29th market, we are not requiring masks. Even though outside, farmers markets have been classified as retail. We were waiting on a clarification from Oregon Health Authority (OHA). We received that clarification and our Board held a meeting. As of 5/29/21, we are no longer requiring masks. We are, however, still erroring on the side of safety and strongly encouraging those who are unvaccinated, immune suppressed, or children to wear masks, watch distancing, wash hands frequently, follow signage for 1 way aisles and stay home if sick.
The Saturday Market tries to go through the end of October, but it has ended sooner due to weather.
Mask are required at Salem Saturday market. Social distancing is encouraged with marks on ground or cones for lines and one way direction flow of traffic signs are posted
