It is always a delightful experience at any of the Coffee By Design locations. With that in mind, I can't help but notice there is something extra special about the Congress St location. Besides its prime downtown location and its rich and refreshing iced beverages on a hot summer day, I believe its appeal comes from its employees. I immediately feel welcomed as if I am a close friend of everyone working there. The art, lighting, and plants are as inviting as the baristas, and I can't deny that Coffee By Design is one of the main reasons for me to move back to Portland.

Great coffee!! ☕ My go to is The Caramel Cream Latte!!! Today I tried it iced and it was delicious also. CBD definitely deserves the 2020 Roaster of the Year Award!!! 🏆

Yes, you can. An excellent variety of single-origins and blends in several roast levels.
They have a wide variety of beans to take home. Generally, there is a medium and a dark roast available for service.
