Found most of what I was needing in the water hose section in the gardening section. The best part was enjoying the humorous checker -- what a great personality! I think her name is Tina. She made the whole shopping experience fun!

Overall lowes in general seems to offer a bit less customer service then "other" Home Improvement stores. The prices are sometimes higher and sometimes lower but overall I think they tend on the higher side but do stay fairly comparable as a whole. I do like that they carry Craftsman and other name brand tools purchased here have been of decent quality. The biggest issue is how they organize the store. It's quite confusing and getting someone to help was no easy task. I will still come here and still buy my tools and materials here as long as I can't find it elsewhere cheaper but they have never impressed me with there customer service nore with their confusing store layout. Comparable to other big box stores overall. One man's opinion!

Get Apple Pay. You’re cheap, archaic, and unhelpful. I have absolutely zero issue with driving closer to Portland for your competitors as well as paying slight premium for quality on the other side of town. Absolutely horrid. Nothing is ever in stock. No, ordering online is not convenient for me. Leaving the store with the item I wasted gas to come and find is convenient. Every single lamp or light in lighting is sold out. Take them off the shelves then. Today I started to help to be honest. Avoid this place at all costs.

We found the few items outside that we wanted and went into the garden section to pay for them. The total came to $19.72 so I laid down a $20.00 bill and reached back into my pocket to get the change and said to the young man who was the cashier that I had the change who properly told me that he had already rung in the $20.00 bill and could not take the change. Now if the math was too difficult for his position, maybe you need to find another position for him. Most retail stores appreciate the change. Sorry Lowe's doesn't . I' lol take my business elsewhere.
