I didn’t get to go out and pick berries but it was a great experience! It was rather warm out so I chose to go in the store and get my produce. The staff was friendly and inviting right when I walked in. They answered all my questions and I got fresh picked produce from inside.

The Filberts ( Hazelnuts) are excellent and available in bread, plain etc. Great ice cream and other yummies as well!

Milkshakes 👍 Snacks 👍 CUTE!! One year update: WOW! Farmer John's has been updated with air-conditioning, a refrigerated flower section, AND maintains all the charms it had last year. Drove by a few months ago and it was closed, so happy to see it open and just as lovely as before!

They have fresh produce, bagged local snacks, local art pieces, and serve ice cream! Nice and casual atmosphere, they let you browse to your heart's content. They also have berry picking (strawberry as of this review - mid June)

We brought it home and shipped it with other things that we had gotten on our vacation. Newspaper and bubble wrap they arrived just fine.
