I don’t typically write reviews but felt compelled after receiving such stellar service. We called today to report that our internet service seemed to be slower then usual. Immediately they were able to look into on their end and acknowledged they could see there was an issue. Within a hour a technician called and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Adam, our tech, arrived right on time and very quickly had our service running twice as fast as it was. Adam was such a polite and professional young man and really represents your company well. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Adam came and installed my new wireless internet service today! He was awesome, got the work done quickly, and even helped me make sure my TV and computer were connected properly. I have not had internet services in my home for over 10 years, we have had to rely on cellular data. Online NW has made me feel comfortable and well informed every step of the way. My initial contact was with Matt and he answered all my questions about wireless service. When I called to request service be installed, the customer service rep was easy to communicate with and had my appointment set up within the week. I am hopeful that the service that we get will work nicely for our needs and that I won’t have to go to my mom’s house to download the latest update anymore!!! Overall I am a happy customer so far!

I live in Willamina and it seems that lately the connection has gotten worse.
Do you charge for using our own modem? There is evidence that Comcast/Xfinity is going to start charging customers $35/ month for that privilege!
