Had an amazing time in Seaside this holiday weekend but the highlight of my trip was my bike rental from Fred. He was kind and super funny to my family as he was teaching us our hand signals. This guy even made us all smiles as he took our picture. Thanks again Fred, We will always come back to see you when we visit.

We purchased two Wheel Fun Rental’s Groupons a few years ago ($60 total). They have no expiration. We stopped at the location at Avenue A in Seaside, OR. The man running the site said that they only accept Groupons that are printed out. We let him know that we are from out of town and don’t have access to do that right now - then asked what he was willing to do. He called the site owner and then came back telling us that they haven’t accepted Groupons for 11 years. We pushed harder and showed him that his location was listed on the Groupon and that it indicated that it could either be printed out OR provided via the app in person. He said that he could let us speak to his owner. The owner was only willing to let us rent a bike for half price ($10 savings). Though we appreciate the gesture, Wheel Fun Rental’s received a lot more than $10 from us and we have nothing to show for it.

Very bad Customer experience!! They gave me a bad Single Surrey which was very hard to ride. I did not know that it was so hard since it was my first time. Only when I rode my friends Surrey that I realized it was really hard 4 times as hard. I returned and requested a future credit, not a refund. They refused to give a refund or a credit and said I should have brought it back immediately if it's hard. Not sure how anyone would know this.
