I’ve been training here for six years. Nate and Zack are world-class instructors and their positivity and ethics are reflected in their other instructors, many of whom are decorated black belts themselves. This gym simply works. Personal growth, weight loss, kids being bullied, learning to fight, or just boredom with regular gyms - this place can help you with those problems. It’s clean, safe, and friendly. It’s hard to lose. It’s hard to learn in the moment that you weren’t as tough as maybe you thought you were, especially for men. But life is suffering, and suffering is caused by desire and attachment, as Buddha teaches us. You can either choose to remain attached to your not-knowing, or you can face your fear and join us. It will change your whole world, trust me.

We are on vacation now and my 13 year old son Ethan that trains in another state wanted to roll and keep training while on vacation. We went by Adamson Brothers and were greeted with smiles and love. Coach Tony said please come by in a few hours to train and Ethan is welcome to come all week if he likes. Upon entering you can feel immediately why this place has a 5 star rating. Kind, warm and a feeling of family hits you as Professor Zach and Professor Nate go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and part of the group. The school is extremely clean and professional. Ethan was sooooo excited and so happy after his session. If we lived in Seaside, Ethan would be taught by one of the best schools I have ever seen. This Academy has been a game changer for me and my family. We brought our love for BJJ from Hawaii, and the coaches here are tremendous. The community is supportive, and the physical benefits are apparent. But what stood out to me most was the structure of the kids class curriculum. They're teaching LIFE SKILLS here... not just how to roll, but how to live that martial arts lifestyle and all the integrity and drive that goes with it. My husband is happy, & I'm feeling the best I have since all my kids were born. My 9yo has improved his self esteem, but also his sense of responsibility and awareness, in just a few short months. We drive an hour each way to go to classes multiple times each week - and it's always worth it. No matter how tired we are, it is our privilege each day to share the mats at Adamson Bros. Rewards = Priceless.
