The deli is the worst for customer service. Went into the store to buy Italian sandwiches this weekend there were none made! When I asked if they could make me a couple the worker said if there are none in the display we will not make them.. I guess customer service is out the window down at shaws will be doing my shopping else where from now on...

You never have any idea if your actually going to get the coupon or not. Then you can't decipher the receipt when your done. I had $7 off my purchase "reward", but when I checked out the fine print didn't allow some items so ended up leaving my stuff and leaving the store for the final time. I've had things like happen repeatedly there. I'm not just a shopper that can't figure out the app either. I grocery shop at several stores, and use all the apps and rewards programs. I use Ibotta, and receipt hog. I know my prices. If you buy anything that isn't in the flyer or doesn't have a coupon you give back all of your savings. Your better off in Maine to just go to Hannaford. No gimmicks. You know what your paying. You save in the long run.

Shaws offers the best discounts for weekly ads in the state of Maine. If you complete your shopping correctly you can save 60 to 80% off regular prices. Yes you have to go to multiple stores to complete your shopping trip at prices you can live with. Shaws definitely helps you do that. Go to Walmart pay $150 for 2 bags or go to shaws and get 10 bags of food for $150. The choice is yours.

I really want to like this store. When their stuff is on sale, they have good prices.. If not, just seems expensive.. The store is clean, men's bathroom, not so much.

I was at shaws on Friday as always and when I was checking out my cashiers name was Ava and was the least friendly person that I ever dealt with at shaw in ten years.She never made eye contact with me once.She would not talk to me just small talk. I tried a few times but she was not interested no thank you nonthing.very rude.
They can provide you with a brochure of the different types of trays they provide or, I believe, if you give them enough lead time, you can choose what you would like to go in the trays. At least the previous owners did that. You will need to check.
The last I knew they did. I don't work there. But I have bought them in the past for a special meal. Hope this was helpful.

There are machines to feed plastic, cans, or glass. If the machines don't work an employee will help you.
