Please please please....if you put a patient in a room and you tell them it wont be long....an hour later no one has come in to check on you. Have the courtesy to tell the patient what is taking so long...at least communicate!

The receptionists at the front desk are extremely rude. The doctors are extremely slow and they all seem to have an attitude which they take out on the patients. You're better off just waiting until you can see your regular doctor or just going to the emergency room. Also, they require that you wear masks but some of them are not wearing masks. It just further shows that they do not care about your health and safety. They just want to feel like they are important when they are not.

Very unprofessional and rude. The first time I went there for a open lesion and I was told it was an “ingrown hair” and to leave it be. A few days later the spot had multiplied and gotten bigger and deeper. I went to my actual doctors and was told I have a bacterial infection and needed medication to get rid of it. Now I have multiple scars when it could’ve just been one. Fast forward a few months, my boyfriend cut his hand open and was very light headed and woozy. They treated us like children and gave me an attitude for asking questions I would not know otherwise. I would not waste your time coming here, especially if they can’t diagnose properly or treat patients with any kind of respect.

I went there today because of tooth pain and high blood pressure. When I went in, the nurse was terse with me immediately. She said, "I can take your blood pressure, but if you need meds, you'll have to go to the emergency room. But I can help you with your dental pain." I said, "it's an abscess, and I need to lower my blood pressure before I go to a dentist." She just looked at me. Then she says, "well, you need a primary care physician, and they're not taking new patients next door." I didn't know what she was talking about. "What's next door?" I asked, and she replied, "Elmwood Primary Care." Well, for one thing, I never said I wanted them for my primary care physician, and her entire attitude was condescending and RUDE. I said, "I understand what you're saying. Don't talk to me as if I'm an idiot" and walked out. Will never go there again. Totally unprofessional!
