Customer service is horrible. Maintenance of the equipment is nonexistent. I would never recomend renting any epuipment from this company. They should be reported to OSHA! At no point did I mention the extra days. I am focusing on the severe lack of maintenance of the equipment. Obviously being the owner and making the response you did, you are so very disconnected to your customer's and your business. You should honestly be ashamed of letting your equipment even leave the parking lot on that condition. Not too mention your employees at the counter told me that I have to service your equipment because Eagle Rental clearly doesn't have competent mechanic's to perform proper maintenance. The batteries in them lift should have been replaced a year ago.
