My family moved to the area and has been looking for a new place to call our home church. We attended here today. Worship wasn’t bad, the message was okay…but not one single person stopped to greet us or welcome us. No one could tell we were new I guess? The welcoming feeling just wasn’t there for us. Our old church we were greeted by pastors and various other members on our first day, which made it feel like home.

I moved to Maine from Connecticut and had been looking for a church for several weeks. This is the most awesome church with an awesome Pastor that Shepard's God's sheep, like God would want. He doesn't judge people. However, he does preach the truth. Then he allows God to work in the person's life. The music is wonderful old and new Christian music. And it actually has youth in it. Which without youth the church will die. God's presence is definitely there. It's welcoming, loving and non judgmental. It's filled with real people, that have a heart for God!!!! May God continue to Bless Center Point Church and may Center Point Church continue to pour out their love on the community. I had to move to another town in Maine for work, and I truly miss Center Point.

My husband and I are looking for a church to worship in. Two questions. Is membership mandatory and do you believe you have to speak in tongues to be saved? Thank You.

You do not have to be a member to attend. No requirement other than accepting jesus to be saved. Very laid back

It happened last night. It was an event for our teenagers and we partnered with Faith Evangelical Free Church as well as Kennebec Valley Baptist Church!
