My friend and I arrived here at 11AM Sunday a couple weeks ago because we wanted some fried seafood. We probably could've gone to a super touristy place in Portland or in the bigger cities but I wanted a local feel. The server(Rosie?) was super friendly and she was really helpful in explaining what onion nuggets were :) The food arrived quickly and portion sizes are generous. The server filled up our sodas before we even asked and helped when we were about to leave, she helped us pack up our leftovers. I'm so glad so I stopped here and next time, I'm passing by, I'll definitely come again. 6 stars.

We knew as soon as we pulled into the parking lot that we were going to have a great meal! The lot was full, people were exiting with full take out bags and others had huge smiles as they walked to their cars. Anglers reminded me of the “supper clubs” my family frequented in SW Wisconsin. We had the baby shrimp “minnow” plates and a haddock sandwich. The hand cut French fries and onion rings were delicious. We had no room for dessert but enjoyed watching them being served. Our server, Rita-Diane, was super friendly and attentive. We are already planning our next visit!

Angie did a fantastic job. tomorrow she celebrates 16 years of commitment to her customers at this restaurant. Prompt service with a smile despite the current challenges in the restaurant biz. If i was her boss I'd send her on a vacation(maybe The Florida Keys?) as a thank you for what she brings to the company.And the food is excellent especially at this price point. Great place.

09/07/2021 Always great place to stop and eat here. The garlic mashed potatoes is a joy! Would you just LOOK at that prime rib end? I took a before and after of my plate.
