We moved our mom into Touchmark December 2020, albeit at a very challenging time during the height of the pandemic. Touchmark had established very strict protocols to keep their residents and staff safe and healthy, and did an incredible job throughout this very difficult time. The team at Touchmark is truly remarkable. They clearly put their residents at the center, and go above and beyond to make the community safe and enjoyable for everyone. With things returning back to normal, mom is enjoying all that Touchmark has to offer, including activities, her own garden area, dining in the Four Seasons restaurant, and developing personal relationships with other residents. We are grateful for the individual attention and outstanding service provided to mom and our family by each and every Touchmark team member with whom we come in contact. We feel very fortunate to call the Touchmark community "home" for mom.

I have been at Touchmark about six weeks now and am enjoying it very much. I make a point of meeting people which takes place mostly at meals although I have attended several events that exposed me to more folks.The staff is friendly and very helpful; my requests and questions have been addressed and answered. Food is very good and it is a real pleasure to be free of all that it takes to buy food, prepare meals and clean it up; been there, done that! Most residents I have met have been here a fair amount of time and seem to like it with no intention of leaving. I am looking forward to the end of the COVID related restrictions, like not having visitors from the outside, so I can show family and friends how my apartment is set up. Moving in and hooking things up was smooth and I appreciated the assistance with that..

My mother had a terrible experience at this facility. She was in rehab for 16 days and had a horrific experience. Her condition worsened the minute she arrived to our surprise. We got her out to a doctors appt and were horrified when we saw her. After 16 days at Touchmark we did not recognize here. When seeing her at doctor we instead sent her immediately to the emergency hospital. Her kidneys were failing, major dehydration, low blood pressure, vomiting episodes. After 4 days at the hospital and recovering we have sent her to a different facility and she is doing GREAT!! Do not trust your loved ones to Touchmark! In addition to the above issues they also dropped our mothers hearing aids in WATER OVERNIGHT. Just an overall terrible experience. Do not believe their GREAT RATINGS!! Stay AWAY!!

Touchmark is a great place to live and work. I have been working here for about 6 months now. I enjoy coming to work and co-workers are fantastic. We go the extra mile to provide compassionate and high standard of care to all of our residents. We love them!!! To all the negative comments about this facility is wrong especially coming from a ex employee. Symphony baby girl you have a lot to learn about being a cna and if you can't handle it maybe you need a different profession. Call lights are meant to be answers and rounds done every two hours just in case you forget what rounds are again lol and if you cant handle changing somebody you are really in the wrong profession.
