I come here regularly, always before 6 am. A month ago they got a new person who works the midnight shift. She's not very good at her job, but today was the straw ... I got there a bit before 6 am, she told me I could wait for the next waitress starting at 6. Really? After 15 minutes and not even a cup of coffee I left :-(

The food was good and the service was great! Duncan was a wonderful server; he was attentive and patient with our group that included 5 young kids.

The food was typical IHOP food good but nothing to write home about. The staff on the other hand was a total mess no one seemed to know what the hell was going on. Had to stand and wait for 5 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Then the servers had to be flagged down just to get a refill on drinks and brought the check be fore we finished the meal. I guess if we wanted dessert they would not charge lol. I have not been in such a disorganised mess ever.

What experience ever came to your restaurant and it took 15 minute wait 15 minutes for a refill missing half the order your waitresses are rolling their eyes when I told them they made my food wrong the one with the gray shirt and red hair tattoo on the back of a neck of a butterfly the waitress that we had she seem nice but took forever to get a refill I had to walk her multiple times to ask for a refill task for ketchup butter toast never again
