Drove thru rush hour traffic to get dinner for my wife and I and our granddaughter. They gave me someone else's order. Drove home in rush hour traffic to find out that I had NOTHING I had ordered. Drove back in rush hour traffic and they gave me my ACTUAL order. It was also totally wrong. Totally incompetent staff and management. I called back to get my money back. The asst. Manager told me that I would have to drive back in rush hour traffic to get my money back. Threw the $27.00 order in the trash and called corporate office. They told me that they would call me back....THAT THEY HAVE NOT DONE YET 2 DAYS LATER. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TACO BELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE... Exactly 7 Days later we have not been contacted back from corporate Taco Bell. Evidently corporate could care less if you are happy or not with your experience. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NOT GO TO TACO BELL ON 70th and Dodge in Omaha. They are terrible with customer experience.

Horrible. Does it really take 25 minutes to make some tacos? If you door dash grub hub or Uber eats DO NOT PICK UP ORDERS FROM this Taco Bell. Fair warning. Horrible. Has me ready to log out of every single delivery app I have.

As someone who works fast food, there's no reason why orders should be taken and paid for in the drive thru before the next car even gets to order. Especially with the lobby closed. Even if you have door dashes and stuff, you'd be way faster with more than one ticket on your drive thru screen. No one should be trapped in your drive thru for 30+ minutes. Absolutely ridiculous
