While I was helpfully directed to my item and dutifully rung up by 2 minority employees, a 3rd unseen member of the staff LOUDLY and REPEATEDLY detailed some moon-bat conspiracy theory about Juneteenth replacing the 4th of July from behind the shelves. I would suggest management have a word with that employee ASAP before someone has enough of that hostile work environment. This was around 1:30 PM on 6/27 if that helps narrow it down.

What an experience I had at this location! Joshua was a complete blast and beyond helpful! I came in today needing a battery, some small parts and oil and can I just say how efficient this location is. Looks like everyone working there loved being there! (Which in the corporate world, that is very rare) They made me feel welcomed and helped me find the best price! I'm coming here for everything my little Toyota needs. Thank you!

I appreciate Hannah's willingness to help me with my battery. I am going to the mountain today and my battery was failing. When she tested it we couldn't even get it to respond because of the corrosion. It was the original battery and over 8 years old. She grabbed an entire tool set and quality battery and literally swapped it out within minutes. I could have done it but it would have taken me over an hour, and I didn't have the proper tools. Every business needs a Hannah!

Joshua has the best customer service I've ever experienced please dont let him go ever give him all the raises, he went above and beyond helping me figure out what the heck is wrong with my car and telling me how to fix it. Jacob was also awesome and nice. They are genuinely good people, this is the best car parts store I've ever been to. As a girl and as a human it means the most that I'm not swindled and people actually care especially during the pandemic! I couldnt believe it when my ignition coils were cheaper here than costless and o'Reilly's and that they were so helpful. I can tell they really actually like what they do and I'm here for it. I've been here in the past and things were more expensive but since then something must have changed because now prices are better and their customer service before was okay and normal, but now it's amazing. I will keep coming here instead of my normal costless. Also when I called costless they gave me the wrong quote :/
