Purchased 4 appliances. A stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. I purchased the wrong stove and set up to return it and replace it with the correct one. They took the stove and never called me about the delivery of the replacement. They also never refunded my card. I called for 3 days to be told they are working on it. Nothing got resolved until I went into the store. Then because I was in front of them the worked on it. They ordered my appliance but sent it to the wrong address. Now I call them and they tell me sorry you have to contact the transport company yourself to fix it. Now the transport company can not deliver it today. I will have to wait another 2 days. I called to speak to the store manager and they said he won’t answer the phone. This is insanity. I usually have no issues but I feel like they just don’t care anymore. I will start spending my money at Home Depot.

Great exchange experience. Unfortunately we had our refrigerator recalled by the manufacturer. This location and the manufacturer made sure we were well informed about the process. I went to buy mulch and soil that they have in the ad in promotion and they did not make me valid the price because according to them they had already finished the ones that were in promotion, even when it was full of bags, it will be that they only put 100 of them at that price. Buy 3 of soil and get 3 free and the mulch 5 for $10. 🤦

Back to home depot I go. Every other day I stop in to Lowe's and buy plastic drop cloths for my business. Today there was a sign underneath the drop cloths that said 5 for 5. Apparently you have to be a lowes pro to get it at this price. I was charged 798. , To me it sounds like each pack is $5. That's fine. The only reason I'm leaving this review is because of how rude the customer service manager was. Talk to me like I was nothing of importance. Your advertising is very misleading to your average customer I would change it so that they don't have to deal with the Karen employees of Lowe's.

I would search the site and if the location near you doesn’t have it in stock , the website will show you if the locations near by have it and also shows if there is a ship to store or home option.

This is not a way to message the business, rather to ask a question in a public forum. For inventory questions about a business on Google, I highly recommend calling the store. On some businesses there is also a way to message the business directly through the Google listing. If that is the case the button for that option will be clearly marked. In any case, calling the business is always an option and is your best one with this question.
