this is our preferred hotel when we are in the area. it is always clean and comfortable. they are very welcoming and will try to help you with any request. i miss the happy hours they used to have. breakfast is excellent.

Great place to stay with a bus full of people! Our Quilting Tour with 40 ladies stayed for one night here and the service was excellent! The room keys were made and ready with each of the ladies' names on them when we arrived, they had free bottles of water for us as we came in, and they even let us take over the lobby area for our dinner! We were so thrilled with the rooms and how clean they were. Breakfast was amazing. Everything at this hotel was awesome!

The employees were nothing short of amazing! Greeting me with a warm smile & cheerful attitude! I was immediately recognized as a reward member, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my stay! With a discount coupon for the big 10 bar & grill next door, this holiday Inn is by far, one of the top in the Nebraska/Iowa area that I've been to so far!

Amazing customer service… outstanding, exemplary, above and beyond! Every single employee we interacted with made an effort to make our stay perfect. We asked to move rooms due to truck noice on the road side and they were more than accommodating. The rooms were clean, breakfast area was meticulously cleaned and restocked, the breakfast lady came around to check on us multiple time (more than just buffet service) and the pool area was well stocked with towels and clean. Clearly the staff and management have created such an amazing hotel experience for us! Thanks!
