Ok ok, so they somehow ran outwaffle cones butttttt, I asked for a plan spicy crispy they said "ok, do u want pickles on that" I said no so I figured they mightve gotten the literal plain sandwich BUT NO they put Freddy sauce on like I just want a plain sandwich I am literally gonna cry was looking forward for this meal,

Great experience! Friendly staff, clean interior, and food came out quickly with no mistakes. Only gripe is I wish they would get the ketchup pump back, seems like a waste to use the tiny packets when dining in.

Food is still good, but only got half the order. Didn't realize until I got home in Monroe that we were missing a children's chicken strips in the meal and the #9 chicken strips were missing also.

***UPDATE*** These folks totally made up for my lack of cheese curds and fry sauce during my last visit!! Thank you Darin and the great team at Freddy's in Columbus 🤩 Food always tastes good, however they never remember the fry sauce even after I've asked for it at both the menu board and the window. And the most recent time I got less than half a cup of cheese curds 😕
