We have worked with Pratt and Larson a few times now. Their staff is extremely helpful with great design recommendations and an efficient ordering process. If you are inexperienced with interior design projects, their staff is able to provide many design and color schemes that will make you feel confident in your purchase. We brought in cabinet and countertop samples, and Tricia quickly showed a variety of options for flooring, wall tiles, and even grout colors. Great customer service and better ordering timelines than we have experienced elsewhere!

This is an amazing tile shop. They have an extensive selection of tiles, but best of all the tiles are displayed in actual room settings. A great way to see how the tiles will look installed. They also produce their own line of tilesin a studio adjacent to the showroom. The service is friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service. Nice tiles, but their policies are tough on customers requiring small orders. Be sure to order the correct amount because if you need more expect large fee's. The discounted outlet has been closed for a year because of covid-19. Wonder why a reviewer posted a picture of the inside of the outlet? Have they reopened?

Our contractor introduced us to them. The store is wonderful. Each room is layed out with all the different types and colors of tile they have. Friendly staff, and the outlet section!!!! Love it. We chose to tile 2 out of 3 of our bathrooms and the hubs picked a spendy one so it was nice to find the fan tiles in the colors I wanted in the outlet for cheap. I also have to say the staff in the outlet section was very patient with me and my toddler as we where getting our tiles and even helped us load them up when we where done. We also order from the front and Maria was very helpful and friendly and was able to get our tile to us in less than a week so that was nice. I now have a serious tile problem and want tile in all the rooms😂
