All Surface Roofing did an amazing job re-roofing our house and installing soffits and edge vents. Our house had NO air intake at all into our attic and only one or two tiny air outlets, which made the attic like a hot brick on top of the house on a warm day. After their soffit and edge vent installation, the house stays cool on warm and hot days, even though we have black shingles on the roof. All Surface gave us an estimate a little lower than the other estimates we received, but it was their professionalism and experience that made us choose them. The quality of their workmanship is absolutely top notch, the entire team was friendly and professional from beginning to end, and they really delivered. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Jorge and his team members Jose and Bryan did an outstanding job on our gutter and roof cleaning project. All surrounding areas were left tidy and we are very pleased with their work.

This review is for ROYAL ROOFERS!!!!These people are the best! During covid I failed to respond to an evaluation of my property by insurers and got cancelled: the inspection report only reached me 6 weeks after the report, giving me another 4 weeks to find a roofer, Royal Roofers convinced other clients to wait for their service, did a bang up job and cleaned up all debris left from the job. USE THEM!

Alberto and Cole did a thorough job cleaning our gutters and checking the roof for damage. They were competent, friendly, and professional. We will definitely use this company's services and these two workers again.

What Is the Best Type of Roofing Material?

The best type of roofing material depends on your needs and objectives, specifically whether you’re looking for beauty, longevity or affordability. What is best for you and your home? Once you determine this, you’ll be able to narrow the field for consideration. If beauty is what you seek, cedar shake is the best. If longevity matters most, then concrete tile is your best choice. If affordability is your goal, go for composition.

How Long Does It Take to Replace a Roof?

There are a few variables that can affect installation time, including whether the roof is damaged, whether you need structural repairs before the crew can install a new roof, if there are weather-related delays and which type of materials you chose. Of course the roof’s size and pitch (steepness) are commonly the two most relevant factors in determining how long a re-roofing job may take, in addition to the size of the crew available. In most cases, the process is straightforward and can move along as fast as you and your contractor can complete each step. For the most common sized homes with mild to moderate roof pitch, two to eight days is a common timeframe for a roofing project. But again, there are numerous factors that can cause this to vary greatly.

How Often Should You Replace Your Roof?

How often you replace your roof depends on the type of roof you currently have. This is because the quality of a roof varies by roof type. And anytime quality—or lack thereof—might be involved, there’s going to be a range. For instance, lower-quality roofs and roofs with exposure to severe weather need to be replaced at intervals of 10-15 years. High-quality roofs may not need to be replaced for 40-50 years.
