“Paying a premium price Getting Worst Service” This is not the 1st time I was there. I was there so many times. And I’m disappointed every single time. This is my closest car wash. I like to give them business. But I think they don’t want to.

This is a place ran by people desperate for money and don't have any experience in washing a car or even how to handle one. I brought my car there today and I am very disappointed. The workforce is very lazy and sloppy and treat all cars like trash. The car wash itself is on the dated side and is in need of any upgrade. If you own an expensive vehicle DO NOT GO HERE. They scrub your car with brooms that left scratches all over the back of my car and sent it into the machine to get washed. When my car came out, someone hopped in and drove it to the side carelessly as to be expected. The car came out with soap still on the car and the rear not even cleaned at all. There are swirl marks everywhere and I felt the car was better without the wash. They started to dry the car with dirty, rough and cheap towels instead of using microfiber cloths like they should be. The workers are cheap, dirty and carry a nasty attitude while giving your car a scratch design all over. Dont bother tipping them because they did not serve the quality work that is expected of them. In addition to washing your car, they also do oil change servicing which I do not recommend. Do not bring your car to this location because you are guaranteed a loss of money and unsatisfying service as well as your car being damaged. I feel that this place should be called upon by police because what they are doing is property damage. They pretty much damaged my car by scratching it.
