The waitress try very hard to please the costumers he gets five starts the restaurant as a whole is lacking customer service at this time there seem to have multiple in training modes , the pork ribs the waitress recommended were good i had mines with tostones (fry plantains) my lady had hers with beans and rice and were also good , the passion sangria they make is good and probably the house attraction is made with citrus and other fruits mixed and chopped small, the wait time was about 15 minutes a bit long for my pleasure. This place has potential to be better at the time of my visit is all I can say good luck and keep eating well my friends

The food is pretty good. (Never order the chicken chunks they are dry) The restaurant is clean. The only issue I have is customer service, I walked in to order my food, b4 she bagged my food, she asked me 4 a tip. Showed me the tip jar, which was right next to my order... mind yu I can read. When I told her I don't have any cash on me ( who carry cash in 2022) she gave me the biggest attitude. Started slamming my food into the bag. Rolling her eyes, mumbling something in spanish. I've been in tht store a few times.. neva had a server beg me a tip... I will neva step foot in there AGAIN!! TEACH UR STAFF SOME MANNERS ND RESPECT!!

Wow—what a disappointing experience with the food but especially with their customer service. I ordered two lunch special 1/4 chicken meals which the menu clearly states come with rice and beans. I asked to substitute extra beans in lieu of rice and how much extra this would be—not even for an extra cost would they allow this. I was given three different rice options and when the order arrived they had not included the sides of Spanish-style soupy beans the meal includes. When I called back I was told that because of the type of rice I chose, the meal then did not come with beans which was in no way made clear when I placed my order nor on the menu. To get the beans I was charged $2.50 extra per side—so, an extra $5.00 and on top of that while I ordered the lunch special (during lunch time) I was charged dinner pricing. Also: 1/4 chicken…more like 1/10th of a chicken and dry as a bone. There was just nothing good about this meal or the experience ordering here. The delivery took forever—one of the drinks and condiments missing—just a total disappointing hassle. Essentially, once they made me pay extra if I wanted to receive the two sides of beans which absolutely should have been included, for those along with laughably tiny dry chicken, two things of peas and rice and a bottle of water I spent $30 and change. Not even a napkin thrown in the bag. No condiments that I requested. Definitely never again. Just awful.
