Def a cool little place that's open year round I believe they have 20 full hook up sites. It's not really a campground. But it works for us especially near Christmas. So where greatfull. And its quiet. So we give it 4 stars. ALSO EVERYTHING IS NEAR BY

Don is an exceptional owner. Always on top of the parks needs. We've been here now for 2 years for medical issues and Don and his son Nick always look out, and take care of any issues that may arise expeditiously.

There are no campgrounds in this area of Connecticut and New York so even though it's only a parking lot with electric, water and sewer it deserves 3 stars for at least being a place to spend the night safely. The owner is so helpful and friendly. My only serious complaint is you are not allowed leave the small parking lot to walk dogs in the adjoining mobile home park. $50 is steep but it's the law of supply and demand.

For overnight or short term so you can visit NYC, this is ideal. We are on our way to Maine, but needed a visit to NYC and found this park. Not a resort, but nicely kept up and maybe the only option in the area. Courteous management too. We are glad to have it and would stay again. Traveling in a 38' 5th wheel.

I don't know. We have a newer RV, you might want to call him and ask.
It is small with the. RV area blacktopped. A sign on the edge the mobile home park says, " no dogs beyond this point." I wouldn't call it overly dog friendly.
$45. The guy who runs it is the best! No bathhouse, but full hookups.
950 plus 100$ down & if its for permanent stay the camper has to be a newer model
